  1. Name

    Your professional name as you want it displayed on the site. We have four separate fields for this information in the event that your name consists of more than two words. Please specify the following:

    • First
    • Middle
    • Maiden (or maternal)
    • Last (or paternal)

  2. Email

    The email address that you would like to be used for people to contact you via the site.

  3. Links

    Up to 4 links to where your artwork can be seen online. Special focus will be given to the following links ( if available ):

    • Your website.
    • Your myspace page.
    • Your flicker page.

  4. Images

    Up to five images of work that you feel “best defines” what it is that you do. One will be selected for display on the site. If possible, please provide the images with the following considerations taken into account:

    • Please “optimize for web”: file size should not exceed 75kb per file.
    • Dimensions of the image should not exceed 600 pixels on the longest side and be no smaller then 350 pixels wide. (Note: In some cases it will be impossible to compress an image to 75kb while retaining a width of 350px without severe loss of image quality. If you are experiencing a senario such as this, please send the image anyway)
    • Files should be saved as JPEG with an extension “.jpg”.
    • Try to choose pieces that have been created on “standard” or near-standard proportions. This is mainly due to a limitation of displaying artwork online. Pieces with extreme widths or lengths tend to either be huge or tiny with no comfortable middle ground.

  5. Image Information

    Please provide the following information in a text document for each image file submitted:

    • Title
    • Filename
    • Medium
    • Surface
    • Dimensions [ height × width × depth ] in inches
    • Year

  6. Text

    The following three items can be provide for display on your page. All three are not required, but we ask that you submit at least one. Send all text in a “.txt” document, or pasted in the body of an email, “Word” documents will be accepted too, but they are a bit tricky to work with:

    • Bio
    • Statement
